The camps cater for both the beginner and the elite athlete and the daily training sessions are graded to guarantee that you will be challenged in a safe and enjoyable environment. We will encourage you to push your boundaries and challenge yourself, you will learn more about yourself and the sport of triathlon your during this week than you can imagine … take the challenge and realise your potential.

What people are saying about our camps:

"We have been going to energy link training camps over various destinations for about 9 years & we continue to love them. The training challenges, the inspiring, driven coaches, the home cooked meals and the brilliant camaraderie make energy link so rewarding and fun. Christina and Bruce Thomas are primarily caring, strong and motivated people who love to share their experience and passion for triathlon training and racing. Energy link camps mean getting out in nature to train safely at your own ability level and give it a push when you want to. We will be back!"  Bob, Lisa and Skye

“Thanks again for the week of coaching, really appreciate all the work you guys did. was an awesome week. Had a great time and learnt heaps” Jack (17 years, Balmoral)

“I would and have recommended this camp to my friends. Jacki and I posted our training on our triathlon web site and people are still talking to us about it and asking questions. I am glad I got to experience this type of training, and I’m glad I got to do it with such great people. I thank you for your time and for the effort you obviously put into making this a great experience. I had a fantastic week, thanks for the memories” Megan Haylock. Vikings Tri Club, Canberra.

“Camp was awesome. Had a great time!” Chris Hislop

“Thank you all for such a great camp. I haven't stopped talking about it since! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, even the minutes when my body was fighting against me! Your experience and professionalism made me want to continue and push through those boundaries. Whilst my body is still in recovery mode, I'm excited and re-motivated about training going forward, using the information learnt from you all and the other great athletes on camp” Irene Hunt (Forster, NSW)

"What an amazing camp! If I could spend every week of my life doing that, I would. The coaches were fantastic. They were flexible, encouraging and completely organised. Having that sort of support every day, for every session was such a boost. Triathlon becomes a team sport with the Energy Link crew" Murray Robertson

"Thanks for the sessions and for an amazing week of training, eating and self-discovery! A lot of laughs and pain (from training)- my kind of camp! Thank you again to you and Bruce and the other coaches for a brilliant week" Sonia Kennedy (Forster NSW)

"I first attended the Energy Link Jindabyne training camp in 2014. At that time I was fairly new to triathlon and wasn’t really training for anything. I just fancied an active holiday somewhere nice with the chance to ride my bike up some hills. Well, I got what I wanted and way more! Bruce, Chris, Lew and Waino put together a fantastic program of running, swimming and cycling that shows you the very best of the Snowy mountains and challenges your understanding of what your body is capable of. In fact, I enjoyed 2014 so much, that I attended the camp again in 2015. This year,I’m in training for my first ironman and was able to use the camp as a springboard to push my training up a gear. It’s so inspiring to be surrounded by such great coaches and training with so many enthusiastic, like-minded people drives you on when you think you couldn’t possibly do another kilometer! It’s really important to stress that the number of years experience in triathlon that the coaches have between is just massive and I doubt there are many more knowledgeable coaching teams out there. The high standard of food and accommodation coupled with a top coaching team make this an excellent value-training getaway"  Ben Browne
